Thursday March 5th Daytime Summary

-9:30am Maureen is awake, Tom gave a few swabs of water. We positioned Maureen in a upright position & gave her 75mcg of Levothyroxine. She drank 6oz of water.

-9:50am Morning Care we changed Maureen's diaper it is dry/odorless. Applied sureprep to her sacrum area & cavilon between her thighs. Washed Maureen's upper extremities w/warm purple wipes. We dressed her & going to start our day.

-10:10am transferred Maureen into the living room. Giving her a albuterol breathing treatment. Gave Maureen 10mg of Loratadine w/applesauce, 20ml of cough syrup w/applesauce & 2 Senna w/applesauce.

-10:30am breakfast scrambled egg w/onion and tomato & pureed pears. 10oz.of lemon water.

-11:05am Oralcare & applied facial and hand cream.

-11:20am listening to music & resting,Maureen closed her eyes. Maureen seems to be in discomfort /pain

-1:00pm afternoon fruit snack, watermelon and pureed pears.

10oz of coconut water.
