  • 9:00am Maureen just woke, slightly jumpy for a few minutes. She’s receptive to sips of water soon after.

  • 9:30am Maureen’s awake, we raised her bed to administer 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce .

  • 9:32am Blood pressure: 108/62.

    Pulse: 68

    O2: 93

  • 9:36am Albuterol Neb treatment.

  • 9:48am Maurianne and I started our day giving Maureen an upper body bath using warm purple wipes, no redness observed. Clean/change a dry diaper, applied skin protective film to sacrum, Medline remedy cream to inner thighs area. Dressed and headed to the front room.

  • 10:08am Administered 10mg loratadine with apple sauce.

  • 10:10am Breakfast: 9oz of lemon water, scrambled egg with fresh pear and 8oz of prune juice. Maureen coughed four times during meal.

  • 10:50am Administered 20ml of expectorant with apple sauce.

  • 10:55am Oral care followed by facial routine.

  • 11:30am Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s first resting period. Clean/change a medium wet diaper, positioned on her right side.

  • 12:30pm First break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the front room.

  • 12:45pm Lunch: Rice and chicken soup, chicken salad with avocado, and 9oz of coconut water. Maureen coughed four times and sneezed twice during meal.

  • 1:30pm Oral care.

  • 2:30pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting break. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper, positioned on her right side.

  • 3:30pm Second break ends. Clean/change a medium wet diaper, dressed and headed to the front room.

  • 3:45pm Administered 20ml of expectorant with apple sauce.

  • 3:47pm Maureen is enjoying her fruit snack (melon/pear/kiwi) with 10oz of electrolyte drink.

  • Total liquids ingested: 36oz.
