Monday March 2nd Daytime Summary

-9:30am Maureen is awake, we put her in a upright position & gave her 75mcg of Levothyroxine w/applesauce. Maureen drank 10oz.of water.

-10:05am Morning Care changed Maureen's diaper it was medium wet, applied sureprep to the sacrum area & cavilon between her thighs. Washed Maureen's upper extremities w/warm purple wipes & dressed her to start the day.

-10:30am transferred Maureen into the living room. Gave her 10mg of Loratadine w/applesauce & 20ml of cough syrup.

-10:45am nurse Shelly visited & said Lungs were clear & suggested stopping Miralax and & giving Maureen 6 to 8 tablet of Senna daily.

Vitals- BP 105/66

Pulse- 63

Temp- 97.2

-11:25am breakfast waffle w/jelly & pureed pears. 8oz.of prune juice.

-12:15pm albuterol breathing treatment.

-12:30pm Oralcare & facial and hand cream. Resting listening to music.

-1:00pm afternoon fruit snack avocado & diced watermelon.

-2:00pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for afternoon rest break. Changed her diaper it was medium wet. Positioned Maureen on her right side.

-3:00pm starting Maureen's afternoon she was dry, washed her hair & transferred her into the living room.

-3:30pm watching game shows. Maureen finished 10oz.of sparkling water.

-4:15pm albuterol breathing treatment.

-4:30pm dinner salmon w/potatoes and spinach & Maureen finished 10oz.of coconut water.

-5:15pm gave Maureen 5mg of OlanZapine w/applesauce & 12.5ml of vimpat & 20ml of cough syrup w/applesauce.

-5:35 Oralcare

-5:50pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for bedtime. Changed Maureen's diaper it was heavy wet w/VD & odor, applied cavilon to inner thighs & bottom. Washed her face and hands w/purple wipes & applied cream to her legs,feet,hands and face. Dressed her for the night & positioned her on her left side.

-Fluids- 38oz.

I layed down with Maureen, woke up around 8pm and retook her pulse … it’s down to 68. I am assuming that it was elevated earlier due to us rolling her around a couple extra times to adjust the pad under her.
