Saturday February 28,2026- Daytime Update

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side, already awake.Tom’s giving her sips of water via swab .No signs of pain or any distress.

9:40AM- We placed Maureen in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce and she drink 8oz of water. Cough2x use suction

10:00AM - We gave Maureen a full body bed bath using warm water with Cetaphil cleanser. Diaper was heavy wet with the medium VD clear and odorless. we cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. We dressed her and moved to the front room.

10:40AM- Neb treatment with albuterol

Maureen took 6oz lemon water. Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce. 20ml cough syrup Geri-tussin with apple sauce.

Breakfast - scrambled egg with tomato and onion, and banan. Maureen ate well. Maureen finish 10oz water with lemon.Coughed 3x, used suction machine once.

11:30AM - Oral care.

11:40AM - Facial and hand care routine.

12:20PM- Maureen closed her eyes for a nap.

1:15PM - Maureen took 5 oz of lemon water and had purée Pear and melon for as fruit snack. Coughed 2x suction.

2:15PM - We transferred her to the bedroom for her rest break. Diaper was medium wet with a small VD clear and odorless , we cleaned and change her. position her to face the right side.

3:20PM - Rest break ended already. Diaper was dry We dressed Maureen and moved to the front room.

3:35PM - Maureen had 6oz of sparkling water. Coughed2x suction.

4:00PM- Neb treatment with albuterol

4:20PM - diaper checked , was cleaned and dry.

4:30PM - Dinner - Pot roast with veggies ,Maureen finished her food and enjoyed eating. She finished 10oz sparkling water. coughs, suction.

5:40PM - Administered 5mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce , 12.5ml Vimpat and 20ml cough syrup Geri-Tussin with apple sauce.

5:55PM - Oral care.

6:10PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was meduim wet, we cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon cream on inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Position to face the left side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on the back.

6:20PM - Maureen's sleeping.
