Sunday, March 1, 2026 - Daytime Update

9:30AM - Maureen just woke up, she's on her left side. Tom gave her sips of water via swab. No signs of any discomfort.

10:00AM - We placed Maureen in an upright position, administered 75mcg of crushed Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

10:15AM - Me and Tom washed Maureen's

upper body with warm purple wipes, no redness on skin. Diaper was medium wet, no v. discharge. We cleaned and changed her with water and Cetaphil cleanser. We applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. We finished dressing and transferred to the front room.

10:30AM - Neb treatment with albuterol.

10:50AM - Maureen took 9oz lemon water. Administered crushed 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

Breakfast - omelette, 8oz prune juice and pear. Coughed 4-5x.

11:10AM - Deacon Andy arrived for Maureen's regular Sunday service.

**Maureen finished the rest of her breakfast.

11:45AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine.

1:00PM - Maureen eating fruits (melon and pear). Took 8 oz sparkling water. Coughed 2x.

1:45PM - Transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.

2:30PM - Rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We got Maureen dressed and transferred to the front room.

2:40PM - Sister Roberta arrived for Maureen's weekly massage treatment. She took 7 oz sparkling water.

4:35PM - Dinner - baked salmon, mashed potato and creamed spinach. Maureen had 11oz coconut water. Coughed once and sneezed 2x.

5:45PM - Administered 5mg crushed Olanzapine with apple sauce, 12.5ml Vimpat and 20ml Geri-tussin with apple sauce.

6:05PM - Oral care.

6:15PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Maureen was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. We applied Cavilon cream on inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Position to face the left side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on the back.

6:30PM - Maureen's sleeping.
