Tuesday, May 27, 2025 Daytime update

• 8:00 Maureen sleeps soundly lying on her left. As per Tom, she woke up around 6, had sips of water and went back to sleep.

• 8:30am Maureen is still sleeping.

• 9:20am Maureen is awake, we raised her bed to administer 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 9:25am Blood pressure: 100/65, P62.

• 9:30am Merianne and I started the day giving Maureen an upper body bath, no redness observed. Clean/change a dry diaper with a very small-yellowish vaginal discharge, applied Cavilon barrier film to sacrum, barrier cream to inner thighs area. Dressed and headed to the living area.

• 9:50am Administered 10mg loratadine with apple sauce.

• 9:52am Breakfast: 9oz lemon water, scrambled egg with pear, 6oz prune juice and 4oz of coffee. Maureen coughed three times during breakfast.

• No Miralax administered

• 10:50am Saline Neb treatment.

• 11:00am Oral care.

• 11:10am Facial routine performed.

• Maureen seems to be tired, however, she stayed alert all morning.

• 11:45am Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s first resting break. Diaper is dry, positioned on her right side.

• 12:45pm First break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the living area.

• 1:00pm Lunch: Chili beans (blended) with avocado, and 9oz coconut water. She coughed three times, suction pump used once.

• 1:50pm Oral care.

• Carolyn visits Maureen.

• 2:30pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting period. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper with a large-formed BM, positioned on her left side.

• 3:30pm Second break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the living area.

• 3:45pm Maureen is enjoying her fruit snack (melon/apple/banana), and 2oz lemon water.

• Total liquids ingested: 30oz.
