Friday, May 15, 2026 - Daytime Update

9:30AM - Maureen's lying on her left side - soundlessly sleeping. No signs of any distress.

10:00AM - She's still sleeping.

10:30AM - Re-positioned Maureen to the right side, eyes still closed.

10:45AM - Maureen opened her eyes, took 3oz of thickened water. Administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

Shelly, RN arrived to check on Maureen's insect bites on her right arm. She informed that bumps appeared to look better, less redness and not inflamed or raised. Continue to monitor and to give her a call if bumps spread on the area or entire body.

11:15AM - Neb treatment with albuterol.

Me and Sheryl washed Maureen's upper body with warm purple wipes. Diaper was heavy wet with small, light brown v. discharged. We cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon barrier film on both anterior and posterior inner thighs, applied sureprep barrier film on sacrum. Got Maureen dressed and washed her hair.

11:32AM - We transferred Maureen to the front room. She took 3oz thickened water. Breakfast - waffle with butter and grape jelly, kiwi and 8oz thickened prune juice with 1/2 cap MiraLAX. Maureen ate well, coughed 2x.

Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce and 20ml Geri-tussin.

12:30PM - Oral care.

1:30PM - Fruit snack - watermelon. Maureen finished 10oz thickened water. No cough.

2:05PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her rest break. Diaper was dry, positioned to face the right side.

3:00PM - Rest break is over. Diaper was heavy wet with large, formed BM. We cleaned thoroughly and changed Maureen. Dressed and transferred to the front room.

3:10PM - Maureen ate banana bread and 10oz thickened sparkling water. Coughed 2x, suctioned once.

3:40PM - Neb treatment with albuterol.

4:30PM - Dinner - baked salmon, steamed broccoli and 10 oz thickened coconut water. Coughed 2x, suctioned once.

5:40PM - Administered 5mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce, 20ml Geri-tussin and 12.5ml of Vimpat.

5:50PM - Oral care.

6:05PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was dry with very small, light brown v. discharge. We cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon cream on posterior and anterior inner thighs. Positioned to face the left side with 2 wedges on the back.
