Saturday May 16, 2026 Daytime Update

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side, already awake. Tom’s giving her sips of water via swabs. No signs of pain or any distress.

Check her red spots it’s getting better ang lighter.

9:35AM- We placed Maureen in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce

Giving her Neb treatment with albuterol.

Maureen finished 6oz of cold thickened water. No coughing.

10:00AM - Morning care. We gave Maureen a full body bed bath using a warm water with Cetaphil cleanser .Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on her posterior and inner thighs. We dressed her and moved to the backyard.

10:40AM- it’s nice outside so Tom decided to have her breakfast at the backyard.

Breakfast - scrambled egg with tomatoes and onions, ham and avocado, Maureen finished 8oz thickened orange juice.

Maureen ate well.

Administered 10mg of Loratadine with purée pear and 20ml cough syrup (Geri-Tussin)all with apple sauce. No cough

11:40AM-Oral care , Facial and hand care routine

12:00PM- Maureen close her eyes for a nap.

1:00PM - Maureen took 10oz of thickened coconut water and had cantaloupe for fruit snack. Coughed once and Suction.

2:00PM- Neb treatment with albuterol.

2:15PM - We transferred her to the bedroom for her rest break. Diaper was dry. We position her to face the right side.

3:15PM-Rest break ended already. Diaper was dry. We dressed Maureen and moved to the front room.

3:40PM - Maureen had 10oz of thickened sparkling water.

4:15PM- check diaper, dry.

4:30PM - Dinner - Bake salmon and Brussels sprouts, Maureen finished her food and enjoyed eating. She finished 10oz thickened sparkling water. Cough once

suction.

5:30PM- Administered 5mg of Olanzapine 12.5ml Vimpat and cough syrup 20ml (Gerri-Tussin) all with apple sauce.

5:45 PM- Oral care.

6:10PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet and has large VD cloudy odorless. We cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon cream on posterior and inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Position to face the left side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on the back.

6:25PM - Maureen's sleeping.
