Tuesday, May 16 Daytime update

• 6:30 am- Maureen is asleep. She is laying on her left side.

• 7:30 am- Maureen is still sleeping.

• 8:30 am- Maureen is sleeping.

• 9:00 am- Maureen is still asleep.

• 9:15 am- Maureen is waking up. There is some twitching.

• 9:30 am- Maureen is calm now. We raised the bed. Administered Levothyroxine with apple sauce at 9:35 am.

• 10:00 am - We started the day. Maureen's diaper was dry. We still changed it. There was a little more vaginal discharge this morning. It was more like liquid and had a smell . Joanna and I cleaned Maureen thoroughly. Applied Cavilon Barrier film on the sacrum area and Cavilon cream on her tights. We washed Maureen's upper body. Dressed and transferred Maureen in the Geri chair. Headed to the dining area.

• 10:15 am- Breakfast- Half a smoothie, 6 oz of prune juice with 1/2 cup of Miralax, cup of lemon water.

• Daily Miralax dosage- 1/2 cup.

• 10:45 am- Morning oral care. We reclined Maureen's chair after.

• 10:50 am- Facial routine.

• 11:00 am- Maureen is sleeping in the chair.

• 11:30 am- We transferred Maureen to the wheelchair. Headed downstairs to wait for the ride back home.

• 12:00 pm- Transporting Maureen back to her house.

• 12:45 pm- Arrived in the house. Transferred Maureen to the bed. Her diaper was medium wet. Joanna and I cleaned and changed her. Positioned Maureen on her right side for a little rest.

• 1:15 pm- Maureen's diaper was dry. We dressed and transferred her in the chair. Headed to the kitchen.

• 1:30 pm- Lunch- cabbage and chicken, half of yogurt, . Maureen finished two cups of water.

• 2:30 pm- Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Her diaper was dry. We positioned her on her left side at 2:40 pm.

• 3:40 pm- The rest break ends. Maureen's diaper was medium wet. Joanna and I cleaned and changed her. Dressed and transferred Maureen in the day chair. Headed to the front room.

• 3:55 pm- Fresh fruit- pear and watermelon.
