Wednesday March 4th Daytime Summary

-9:30am Maureen is awake. Tom gave her a couple of swabs of water. We put her in a upright position & she drank 6oz. of water. We gave her 75mcg of Levothyroxine w/applesauce. Also albuterol breathing treatment was given. Alot of tremors this morning.

• Per Carolyn text; Maureen was awake upon our arrival, brought it to Tom's attention. We checked her pulse it was 96, which was good & we let her relax for ten minutes before transferring her.

-9:55am Morning Care changed Maureen's diaper it was light wet w/a heavy odor, applied sureprep to her sacrum area & cavilon between her thighs. Washed her upper extremities w/warm purple wipes. Dressed her to start her day.

-10:15am transferred Maureen into the living room. Gave Maureen 10mg of Loratadine w/applesauce & 20ml of cough syrup w/applesauce.

-10:40am breakfast a waffle w/jelly. 10oz.of coconut water.

-11:20am Oralcare & applied facial and hand cream.

-11:35am Maureen is relaxing listening to music...closed her eyes

-1:00pm afternoon fruit snack diced watermelon and pears. 10oz. of lemon water

-1:45pm BF Barb stopped by to visit.

-2:15pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for afternoon break, changed her diaper it medium wet w/heavy odor. Positioned her on her right side. Barb sitting w/her stil.

-3:15pm start Maureen's afternoon, we changed her diaper it was medium wet w/heavy odor.

-3:30pm transferred Maureen into the living room. Gave her a albuterol breathing treatment & she drank 10oz of lemon water.

Watching game shows.

-4:30pm dinner spaghetti & Maureen drank 6oz of sparkling water.

-5:10pm gave Maureen 5mg of OlanZapine w/applesauce, vimpat w/applesauce, 20ml of cough syrup & 2 Senna tablets w/applesauce.

-5:20pm Oralcare

-5:45pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for bedtime. Changed her diaper it was medium wet w/light VD & a odor.

Washed her face and hands, applied lotion to her legs, feet, hands & face. Dressed her for the night & positioned her on her left side.

Vitals- T- 97.3 PO- 96/97

Fluids- 42oz.
