Wednesday March 4th Daytime Summary

-9:30am Maureen is awake. Tom gave her a couple of swabs of water. We put her in a upright position & she drank 6oz. of water. We gave her 75mcg of Levothyroxine w/applesauce. Also albuterol breathing treatment was given. Alot of tremors this morning.

• Per Carolyn text; Maureen was awake upon our arrival, brought it to Tom's attention. We checked her pulse it was 96, which was good & we let her relax for ten minutes before transferring her.

-9:55am Morning Care changed Maureen's diaper it was light wet w/a strong odor, applied sureprep to her sacrum area & cavilon between her thighs. Washed her upper extremities w/warm purple wipes. Dressed her to start her day.

-10:15am transferred Maureen into the living room. Gave Maureen 10mg of Loratadine w/applesauce & 20ml of cough syrup w/applesauce.

-10:40am breakfast a waffle w/jelly. 10oz.of coconut water.

-11:20am Oralcare & applied facial and hand cream.

-11:35am Maureen is relaxing listening to music...closed her eyes
