Tuesday, May 13, 2025 Daytime update

• 8:00am Maureen just calmly woke accepting sips of water via swab soon after.

• 8:30pm Maureen went back to sleep.

• 9:00am Maureen is asleep.

• 9:20am Maureen is awake, we raised the bed to administer 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 9:25am Blood pressure: 102/58, P66.

• 9:30am Merianne and I started our day giving Maureen an upper body bath using warm purple wipes, no redness observed. Clean/change a dry diaper with a small yellowish vaginal discharge, applied calazinc to her left, slightly redness labia. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• 9:50am Administered 10mg loratadine with apple sauce.

• 9:52am Breakfast: 9oz lemon water, poached egg with banana, and 6oz prune juice. Coughed twice, suction pump used.

• No Miralax administered

• 10:25am Oral care followed by eyes wash/drops and facial routine.

• 10:35am We go we Maureen for a walk around the neighborhood. She stayed alert all the way.

• Back home, Maureen had 9oz of lemon water.

• 11:35am Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s first resting break. Diaper is dry, positioned on her right side.

• 12:30pm First break ends. Clean/change a medium wet diaper, dressed and headed to the living area.

• 12:45pm Lunch: Sweetpea soup (blended), shrimp salad with tomato, and 10oz coconut water. Coughed twice, sneezed once.

• 1:35pm Oral care.

• Maureen stayed alert the whole time after meal. In the meantime, she drank 6oz of lemon water.

• 2:30pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting break. Clean/change as heavy wet diaper, positioned on her left side.

• 3:35pm Second break ends. Clean/change a medium wet diaper with a small-formed BM. Dressed and headed to the living area.

• 3:50pm Maureen is enjoying her fruit snack (melon/pear/kiwi).

• Total liquids ingested: 40oz.
