Tuesday May 12th Daytime Summary

-9:30am Maureen is asleep

-10:00am Maureen is awake, we sat her up in a upright position and gave her a albuterol breathing treatment. We gave her 75mcg of Levothyroxine w/applesauce & she drank 6oz of water w/Thick-It.

-Morning Care we changed her diaper it was dry w/medium VD odorless and yellow. Applied sureprep to her sacrum area and cavilon between her inner thighs, we washed her upper extremities w/warm purple wipes & dressed her for the day. We washed Maureen's hair today.

-11:00am transferred Maureen into the living room & gave her 10mg of Loratadine and 20ml of cough syrup w/applesauce.

Breakfast was a scrambled egg w/tomato & onion w/diced kiwi. Maureen drank 8oz.of prune juice w/half cap of Miralax and Thick-it.

-11:45am Oralcare & we applied facial and hand cream to Maureen. Listening to music & relaxing/resting.

-1:15pm afternoon fruit snack diced watermelon & some carrot cake. Maureen finished 10oz.of coconut water w/Thick-It.

-1:45pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for afternoon rest break. She was dry, we positioned her on her right side.

-2:45pm starting our afternoon, Maureen was dry again & we dressed her. Transferred Maureen into the living room, giving her a albuterol breathing treatment. Waiting on Sister Roberta, she came at 2:55pm

-4:45pm dinner orange chicken & she finished 10oz.of sparkling water w/Thick-It. Maureen got 5mg of OlanZapine, 20ml of cough syrup & 12.5mg of Vimpat w/applesauce.

-5:30pm Oralcare

6:00pm Sheryl and I transferred Maureen to the bedroom, cleaned and changed from a heavy wet diaper with a medium formed BM.

Cavilon lotion was applied to the appropriate areas, diaper buttoned up, Cetaphil lotion applied and placed on her left side.
