Monday May 11, 2026 Daytime Update

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side, already awake. No signs of pain or any distress. Tom’s giving her sips of water via swab.

9:40AM-We placed Maureen in an upright position administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce and she drink 6 oz of thickened cold water

9:50AM- Morning care. Wash her upper extremities with warm purple wipes. Diaper was dry with small VD cloudy odorless , Cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on posterior and inner thighs.

We dressed her and moved to the front room.

10:15AM- Nurse Shelly came to check Maureen,

BP is 108/66  Temp.- 98.3

Pulse - 91bpm , O2 - 97%

Lungs and bowels sounds are good, weight is steady.

10:40AM-  Breakfast- waffle with butter and jelly and kiwi, finished 8oz thickened prune juice,Maureen ate well. Coughed2x suction.

Administered 10mg of Loratadine  and 20ml cough syrup (Geri-Tussin)all with apple sauce.

11:25AM- Giving her Neb treatment with albuterol.

11:35AM - Oral care

11:40AM- Facial and hand care routine

12:00PM- Maureen close her eyes for a nap.

1:00PM - Maureen took 10oz of sparkling water and had melon for fruit snack. Coughed once and Suction.

2:15PM - We transferred her to the bedroom for her rest break. Diaper was dry. We position her to face the right side.

3:15PM-Rest break ended already. Diaper was dry.

We dressed Maureen and moved to the front room.

3:35 PM- Neb treatment with albuterol.

4:00PM - Maureen had 10oz of thickened coconut water.

4:15PM- check diaper, dry.

4:30PM - Dinner - ham, au-gratin and  broccoli Maureen finished her food and enjoyed eating. She finished 10oz thickened sparkling water. Cough once suction

5:30PM- Administered 5mg of Olanzapine 12.5ml Vimpat and cough syrup 20ml (Gerri-Tussin) all with apple sauce.

5:45 PM- Oral care.

6:10PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet and has large VD cloudy odorless. We cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon cream on posterior and inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Position to face the left side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on the back.

6:25PM - Maureen's sleeping.

P - 89

O2 - 97%

Liquid intake - 44oz
