Wednesday May 13,2026 Daytime Update

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side, still sleeping.

9:55AM - Maureen is awake, No signs of pain or any distress, we gave her zips of water via swabs.

10:15AM-We placed Maureen in an upright position administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce and  gave her Neb treatment with albuterol ,she drink 6 oz of thickened cold water.

10:50AM- Morning care. Wash her upper extremities with warm purple wipes. Diaper was medium wet with small VD cloudy odorless , Cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs.

We dressed her and moved to the front room.

11:20AM-  Breakfast- waffle with butter and half jelly and half Nutella , and kiwi , finished 8oz thickened prune juice with half a cap Miralax , Maureen ate well.

Coughed once  suction.

Administered 10mg of Loratadine  and 20ml cough syrup (Geri-Tussin)all with apple sauce.

Note : we saw on her right wrist a small red swollen.

We showed it Tom.

1200PM-Oral care, Facial and hand care routine

12:15PM- Maureen is relaxing and listen music.

1:15PM - Maureen took 10oz of thickened coconut water and had melon for as fruit snack.

Cough once suction

2:15PM - Carolyn came and showed it to her the small red swollen on her right wrist.

2:20PM - We transferred her to the bedroom for her rest break. Diaper was heavy wet and has

large formed BM. we  cleaned and changed. We position her to face the right side.

2:40PM- we put ice pack for 10min on the wrist area then after applied a cream Hydro cortisone 1%.

3:15PM- Rest break ended already. Diaper was dry, We dressed Maureen and moved to the front room.

3:30PM - give her Neb treatment with albuterol.

3:45PM - Maureen had 10oz of thickened sparkling water.

4:15PM- diaper checked dry.

And put icepack again on her right wrist for 10min.

4:30PM - Dinner - orange chicken with rice. Maureen finished her food and enjoyed eating. She finished 10oz thickened coconut water. No cough

5:15PM- Administered 5mg of Olanzapine 12.5ml Vimpat and cough syrup 20ml (Gerri-Tussin) all with apple sauce.

5:25 PP - Oral care.

6:10PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet and a small formed BM we cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon cream on posterior and inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Position to face the left side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on the back.

6:25PM - Maureen's sleeping.

O2 - 97%

Liquid intake - 42oz

Note : update for right wrist that has small swollen has lightened already.
