Tuesday, March 25, 2025 Daytime update

• 8:00am Maureen woke up calmly few minutes ago, she’s now receptive to sips of water vía swab.

• 8:30am Maureen is sleepy.

• 9:00am Maureen’s awake, we raised her bed to administer 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 9:05am Blood pressure: 108/61, P61.

• 9:10am Merianne and I started the day giving Maureen an upper body bath using warm purple wipes, applied a thin layer of nystatin to small redness spot under her right arm. Clean/change a medium wet diaper with a small-clear vaginal discharge, applied Cavilon barrier film to sacrum and to redness near her anus, barrier cream to inner thighs area. Applied a thin layer of nystatin to Maureen’s left labia redness. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• Considering that Maureen’s been having redness on her privates and suraundings lately, we’re pausing the 3-N-1 cleaning foam since it is the newest product being used to clean those areas.

• 9:30am Administered 10mg loratadine with apple sauce.

• 9:32am Breakfast: 9oz of lemon water, plain omelette with pear, and 8oz prune juice. Coughed twice, suction pump used once.

• No Miralax administered

• Reclined Geri chair one notch for Maureen’s comfort.

• 10:10am Oral care.

• 10:20am Facial routine performed.

• 11:00am Maureen sits well alert while listening to her playlist.

• Maureen had 2oz of water before her break.

• 11:30am Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s first resting break. Diaper is dry, positioned on her right side.

• 12:30pm First break ends. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper with small vaginal discharge. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• 12:45pm Lunch: Lentils soup (blended), roasted turkey ham salad, beets, and 9oz of sparkling water. Coughed twice, suction pump used once, and her nose was runny during meal.

• Barb visits Maureen.

• Reclined Geri chair one notch for Maureen’s comfort.

• Maureen stayed alert the whole time after meal. In the meantime, she had 4oz of lemon water.

• 2:35pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting break. Diaper is dry, positioned on her left side.

• 3:30pm Second break ends. Clean/change a medium wet diaper, dressed and headed to the living area.

• 3:45pm Maureen is enjoying her fruit snack (melon/pear/kiwi) with 2oz ginger water.

• Total liquids ingested: 34oz

• Maureen did not show any sign of discomfort throughout the day.
