Tuesday, March 19, 2024 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen is calmly sleeping, lying on her left side.

8:30AM - Maureen opened her eyes, we gave her water via swap.

8:40AM - We raised the bed up and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

8:55AM - Me and Dalia started to wash Maureen's upper body using warmed purple wipes with Aloe Vesta. Light redness on right underarm observed, applied Nystatin cream. Diaper was dry, we cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream in folds. Finished dressing then proceed to transfer to the kitchen.

9:05AM - Breakfast started with 8oz prune juice with 17grams of MiraLAX, oatmeal smoothie and 2 spoonfuls of yogurt. Maureen finished a cup of lemon water as well. Coughed once.

**Reclined geri chair after for comfort.

MiraLAX daily dose - 17 grams

9:40AM - Oral care.

9:50AM - Facial and hand care routine.

**Maureen closed her eyes right away for a nap after her facial routine. Hands relaxed.

10:20AM - BP: 105/60, P - 72 bpm

10:30AM - Carolyn came by to visit Maureen. We were watching Mary Poppins. Maureen closed her eyes for a nap.

11:35AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face her right side.

12:40PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was dry, proceed dressing Maureen then, transferred to the kitchen.

12:50PM - Lunch was tuna salad, beets, and sweet green pea soup. Maureen also had 2 spoonfuls of yogurt and finished a cup of sparkling water. Coughed 2x.

**We reclined geri chair prior to lunch due to Maureen leaning forward a lil bit.

1:30PM - Oral care.

2:15PM - Maureen sitting comfortably on her chair, listening to music. Had a cup of lemon water.

2:30PM - Transferred to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed Maureen. Position to face her left side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed. Then, transferred Maureen to the front room.

3:45PM - Sips of lemon water prior to fruit snack (pear, kiwi and melon).
