Wednesday March 18th Daytime Summary

-9:30am Maureen is awake and Tom gave her a few swabs of water. We sat Maureen in a upright position & gave her 75mcg of Levothyroxine w/pear puree & a albuterol breathing treatment. Maureen drank 6oz of water.

-10:00am Morning Care we changed Maureen's diaper it was dry, we applied sureprep to her sacrum area & cavilon to her bottom and between her thighs. We washed Maureen's upper extremities w/warm purple wipes. We dressed Maureen to start her day.

-10:25am transferred Maureen into the living room. Breakfast was a waffle w/jelly & diced kiwi.

Maureen drank 8oz.of prune juice.

-11:15am Oralcare & applied lotion to her face and hands, listening to music.

-1:00pm afternoon fruit snack diced watermelon and grapes. Maureen finished 10oz.of coconut water.

-2:15pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for afternoon rest break. We changed Maureen's diaper it was medium wet w/large VD & small soft BM. We positioned Maureen on her right side.

-3:10pm start Maureen's afternoon, we changed her diaper it was dry. Dressed her & transferred Maureen into the living room. Watching game shows. Maureen drank 10oz.of lemon water.

-4:00pm giving Maureen a albuterol breathing treatment.

-4:30pm dinner orange chicken w/rice & sweet potato.

-5:10pm gave Maureen 5mg of OlanZapine, 12.5mg of Vimpat & 20ml of cough syrup w/pear puree. Maureen drank 10oz.of sparkling water.

-5:30pm Oralcare

-6:00pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for bedtime. We changed her diaper it was heavy wet,applied cavilon to her bottom and between her thighs. We washed Maureen's face and hands & applied lotion to her legs, feet, hands and face. Dressed Maureen for the night and positioned her on her left side.
