Tuesday, June 27 Daytime update

• 6:30 am- Maureen is sleeping. She is laying on her left side.

• 7:00 am- Maureen is still asleep.

• 7:30 am- Maureen is sleeping.

• 8:00 am- Maureen is in and out of sleep.

• 8:20 am- Maureen is waking up.

• 8:35 am- We raised the bed and administered Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 8:50 am- We started the day. Maureen's diaper was medium wet. Dalia and I cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon Barrier film to the sacrum area and Cavilon cream . Sore spot is healing well. We washed Maureen's upper body. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• 9:05 am- Breakfast- Smoothie, 6 oz of prune juice with 1/4 cup of Miralax, cup of lemon water. Two coughs.

• 9:35 am- Administered Loratadin and Lisinopril. We reclined Maureen's chair down one level.

• 9:45 am- Morning oral care.

• 10:00 am- Maureen is relaxing in the chair enjoying Carolyn's visit.

• 11:05 am- We transferred Maureen to bed . Diaper was dry. She will lie on her right side for an hour starting at 11:15 am.

• 12:15 pm- First rest break ends. Maureen's diaper was still dry. We dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• 12:30 pm- Lunch- Lentils soup, tuna salad, steamed cauliflower, cup of lemon water. Chobani yogurt for dessert. Maureen coughed twice. She finished her first cup of water for today.

• 1:00 pm- Oral care.

• 1:20 pm- Maureen is having more lemon water, finishing her second cup.

• 2:10 pm- We transferred Maureen to bed. Her diaper was medium wet. Dalia and I cleaned and changed her. Positioned Maureen on her left side at 2:25 pm.

• 3:25 pm- Second rest break is over. Maureen's diaper was heavy wet . Dalia and I cleaned and changed her. Dressed and headed to the living room .

• 3:45 pm- Fresh fruit snack- watermelon, kiwi and pear. No coughs.

• Maureen gad a good day today. She was quiet, but wide awake and alert throughout the day. No congestion, minimal coughing.
