Tuesday, June 10, 2025 Daytime update

  • 8:00am Maureen’s already awake, accepting sips of water via swab. As per Tom, she woke without any distress a few minutes ago.

  • 8:40am Maureen is awake, we raised the bed to administer 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

  • 8:45am Blood pressure: 102/62, P 60.

  • 8:50am Marianne and I started the day giving Maureen an upper body bath using warm purple wipes, no redness observed. Clean/change a dry diaper with a small-yellowish vaginal discharge, applied Cavilon barrier film to sacrum, barrier cream inner thighs area. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

  • 9:10am Administered 10mg loratadine with apple sauce.

  • 9:12am Breakfast: 9oz lemon water, scrambled egg with cheese, pear and 6oz apple juice. Maureen coughed twice during breakfast.

  • 9:55am Oral care.

  • 10:00am Saline Neb treatment.

  • 10:10am Facial t routine performed.

  • 10:20am We go with Maureen out for a walk around the neighborhood. She stayed alert and relaxed the whole time.

  • Back home, Maureen had 6oz of lemon water.

  • 11:20am Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s first resting period. Clean/change a medium wet diaper, positioned on her right side.

  • 12:20pm First break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the living room.

  • 12:35pm Lunch: Sweetpea soup (blended), tuna salad with avocado, rice pudding and 10oz sparkling water. Maureen coughed three times and sneezed once, suction pump used once.

  • 1:30pm Oral care.

  • 2:20pm Maureen sits relaxed while watching a Disney show.

  • 2:30pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting period. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper, positioned on her left side.

  • 3:30pm Second break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the living room.

  • 3:45pm Maureen is enjoying her fruit snack (melon/pear/kiwi) and 5oz of lemon water.

  • Total liquids ingested: 36oz.
