Tuesday, July 25 Daytime update

• 6:30 am- Maureen has been in and out of sleep.

• 7:00 am- Maureen is sleeping.

• 7:30 am- Maureen is still sleeping.

• 8:00 am- Maureen is in and out of sleep.

• 8:15 am- Maureen is w as waking up.

• 8:30 am- Maureen is awake. We raised the bed and administered Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 8:45 am- We started the day. Maureen's diaper was medium wet. Dalia and I cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon Barrier film and Cavilon cream. We washed Maureen's upper body. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• 9:00 am- Breakfast- Oatmeal smoothie, 6 oz of prune juice with 1/4 cup of Miralax, cup of lemon water. Maureen coughed once.

• Daily Miralax dosage- 1/4 cup.

• 9:24 am- Administered Loratadin.

• 9:25 am- Morning oral care.

• 9:30 am- Facial routine.

• 10:00 am- Maureen is resting in the chair. She is having lemon water.

• 11:00 am- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Her diaper was dry. Maureen will lie on her right side for an hour starting at 11:10 am.

• 11:15 am- BP is 88/64. Maureen is sleeping in bed.

• 12:10 pm- First rest break ends . Maureen's diaper was medium wet. Dalia and I cleaned and changed her. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• 12:25 pm- Lunch- Mushroom soup, shrimp salad, fresh tomatoe. Half of yogurt, cup of lemon water. Maureen coughed twice. We reclined Maureen's chair during lunch because she was leaning forward.

• 12:50 pm- Oral care.

• 1:00 pm- Maureen is resting in the chair, having some lemon water.

• 1:20 pm- Maureen was coughing and we did a Nebulizer treatment with saline solution.
