Tuesday, January 17 2023 Daytime update

• 6:30 am- Maureen is asleep.

• 7:00 am- Maureen is in and out of sleep. O2 is 94, Pulse 68.

• 7:30 am- Maureen is still in and out of sleep. Vitals are the same.

• 8::00 am- Maureen is waking up now.

• 8:30 am- Maureen is fully awake and we started the day. The diaper was dry. Dalia and I washed Maureen's upper body. There was no redness observed. Finished dressing and headed to the kitchen.

• 8::48 am- Administered Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 8:50 am- Breakfast- oatmeal, banana, 8 oz of prune juice with 1/2 cup of Miralax, cup of lemon water. Maureen coughed twice and sneezed 4 times. Administered Lisinopril and Loratadin, 20 ml Guaifenesin.

• Daily Miralax dosage- 1/2 cup.

• 9:30 am- Morning oral care. We reclined Maureen's chair down for her comfort.

• 9:40 am- Facial routine.

• 10:00 am- Maureen is snoozing in the chair.

• 10:30 am- Maureen is sleeping in the chair.

• 11:05 am- Half fruit smoothie. Maureen coughed up some phlegm after finishing the smoothie,

• 11:20 am- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her first rest break. The diaper was medium wet. Dalia and I cleaned and changed Maureen. Applied 3 M products. She will lie down for an hour starting at 11:35am.

• 12:35 pm- Rest break #1 ends. Maureen's diaper was dry. We dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• 12:45 pm- Lunch time- green peas and chicken soup, shrimp salad, fresh steamed Brussels sprouts, bottle of coconut water. Maureen coughed three times, sneezed her nose started running a lot.

• 1:15 pm- Administered 20 ml Guaifenesin, saline spray in her nostrils.

• 1:20 pm- Oral care.

• 1:30 pm- Nebulizer treatment with saline solution first and Albuterol right after .

• 2:00 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Her diaper was medium wet. Dalia and I performed a clean and change routine. Positioned Maureen on her left side for an hour at 2:15 pm.

• 3:15 pm- Rest break # 2 is over. Maureen's diaper was light wet. Dalia and I cleaned and changed her. Dressed and headed to the front room.

• 3:30 pm- Fresh fruit snack. Two coughs, two sneezes.

• Maureen was quite and had low energy today. She got more congested and her nose was running in the afternoon. She was able to cough some phlegm that we got with the suction machine.
