Tuesday, Jan. 30, 2024 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's awake lying on her left side. Tom updated that she woke up around 5:30am and has been sleeping in and out since then.

8:30AM - We raised the bed up, administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

8:45AM - We started washing Maureen's upper body using warmed purple with Aloe Vesta. Slight redness on right underarm noticed, we applied Nystatin. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Finished dressing then transferred to the kitchen.

9:00AM - Administered Senna S (crushed) with apple sauce. Maureen finished a cup if lemon water as well.

9:15AM - Breakfast started with 8 oz prune juice. Maureen enjoyed her oatmeal/fruit smoothie with 2 prunes and yogurt. Coughed once.

9:40AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with smoothie.**Reclined geri chair one notch for Maureen's comfort.

9:55AM - Oral care.

10:00AM - Facial and hand care routine.

10:30AM - Maureen sitting on her chair comfortably, silent - looking sleepy but awake.

11:00AM - BP: 105/62, P: 78 bpm

11:15 - Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen's 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Then, position to face her right side @11:25am.

12:20PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed Maureen then, transferred to the kitchen.

12:28PM - Lunch was shrimp salad, fresh sliced tomato, brussel sprout soup and a cup of root beer. Maureen was enjoying her lunch. Coughed once.

12:55PM - Oral care.

1:30PM - Maureen sitting and listening to music.

2:15PM - Maureen had a cup of lemon water.

2:30 - Transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned

thoroughly and changed Maureen. Position to face her left side.

3:30PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was dry, we dressed Maureen and transferred to the front room.

3:40PM - Fruit snack time (kiwi, pear, melon) while watching her favorite game show.
