Tuesday Feb.10th Daytime Summary

-9:30am Maureen is awake. Start her day putting her in a upright position & gave her 75mcg of Levothyroxine w/applesauce & gave her 10oz. of hydration water.

-9:45am Morning Care- changed Maureen's diaper it was medium wet, applied sureprep and cavilon to appropriate areas. Washed her face and upper extremities w/warm purple wipes. Got Maureen dressed to start her day.

-10:00am transferred Maureen into the living room, brushed her hair & put in her teeth. Gave her, her 10mg Loratadine w/applesauce & we gave her breathing treatment w/albuterol.

-10:30am making breakfast...made 1 egg w/tomato and onion and diced pears & about 4oz. of prune juice.

-11:30am Oralcare & applied facial and hand cream.

-11:45am watching Olympics

-12:00pm Maureen napped for about 40 minutes.

-1:00pm afternoon fruit snack, diced watermelon and pears. Finished her remaining 4oz. of prune juice.

-2:15pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for afternoon break. Maureen was extremely wet, changed her, took her pants off & position her on her right side. -3:05pm getting Maureen ready for her afternoon, diaper was dry. Transferred into the living room.

-3:30pm drank 10oz. of coconut water. Watching game shows.

-4:30pm dinner- sliced turkey w/stuffing & brussels sprouts & finished 10oz. of sparkling water.

-5:30pm gave Maureen her OlanZapine 5mg w/applesauce & Lacosamide 10mg/ml w/applesauce.

-5:45pm Oralcare/soaked teeth.

-6:00pm transferred Maureen into the bed room, changed her diaper she was medium wet applied cavilon to appropriate areas & changed her into nightshirt. Washed her face and hands applied cream to face,hands, legs & feet. Maureen is positioned on her left side.
