2/7/26 daytime summary

9:30AM- Maureen is still sleeping, so tom and I prepared everything .

10:15 AM- Maureen is already awake , she’s on her left side no signs of pain . We place her in an upright position giving her sip of water. She coughs a lot

Giving her few suction.

Administered 75 mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

10:30 AM - Me and Tom gave Maureen a full body bed bath using warm water with clenser . Diaper was medium wet.

Cleaned and change her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilion cream on inner tights.

We dressed her and moved to the front room.

11:10 AM - Suction again she coughs 2x.

Breakfast- scrambled egg with tomatoes and onions finish the 8 oz prune juice and pear. Maureen ate well.

Administered 10mg Loratadine with apple sauce.

12 PM- oral care.

12:10 PM- facial and hand care routine

Tom’s giving her sip of water via swab , they watch tv “OLYMPICS” and resting .

2:00PM- Maureen took 5 oz of water electrolytes. And had apple ,melon and banana cake as snacks.

Coughed once Suction again.

2:40PM- We transferred her to the bedroom for her rest break. Diaper was Medium wet, we position her to face the left side.

3:40PM - Rest break ended already. Diaper was dry We dressed Maureen and moved to the front room.

4:00PM- Administered Albuterol for breathing treatment.

4:20PM- Maureen had 8oz of sparkling water. No coughs.

4:45PM- DINNER - she had Hotdog , Potato salad, pickle , Maureen finished her food and enjoyed eating. She finished 5 oz of root beer. She coughs 2x we gave her suction .

5:55PM - Administered 5mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce and 12.5ml Vimpat.

6:00PM : Oral care.

6:15PM- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Maureen was clean and dry. We applied Cavilon cream on inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Position to face the left side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on the back. She coughs once and give her suction.

6:30PM - Maureen's sleeping.

T - 98.4

P - 80 bpm

O2 - 97%
