Monday Feb.09th Daytime Summary

-9:30am Maureen is still asleep.

-10:00am Maureen awake & gave her 75mcg of Levothyroxine w/applesauce in a upright position, she drank 10oz. of hydration water.

-Shelly the nurse was here @ 10:25am said Maureen's Lungs are clear. Vitals- T- 95.3

BP- 130/82

HR- 70

-10:50am Morning Care, changed Maureen's diaper medium wet, applied sureprep and cavilon to appropriate areas. Washed her upper extremities w/warm purple wipes & dried her. Got her dressed for the day.

• Tom & I washed her hair & transferred her into the living room.

• Put her teeth in & glasses on.

• Gave her 10mg of Loratadine w/applesauce.

• 11:20am made breakfast, a waffle w/jelly & half of a banana.

• 12:00pm Oralcare

• Applied facial and hand cream.

• Listening to music

• 1:10pm gave Maureen a dish of diced watermelon & she finished her 10oz. of apple juice.

• 2:10pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for afternoon break, her diaper was dry. Positioned her on her right side.

• 3:00pm getting Maureen ready for her afternoon, changed her diaper light wet. Dressed her & transferred her into the living room. She finished 10oz. of sparkling water. Watching game shows.

• 4:30pm dinner- sliced turkey w/stuffing & brussels sprouts, finished 11oz. of sparkling water.

• 5:10pm gave Maureen her night meds 5mg OlanZapine w/applesauce & Lacosamide w/applesauce.

• 5:25pm took Maureen's teeth out & did Oralcare

• 5:55pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for bedtime. Changed her diaper, extremely wet. Washed her hands face & applied cream to face, hands, legs & feet. Positioned her on her left side.

• Vitals- T-97.0 PO- 76/97

• 40oz. of fluids
