• 9:00am Maureen ‘s already awake, lying on her left. As per Marianne, she’s been in and out of sleep since 8 having sips of water via swab in between.

• 9:15am Maureen seems well awake, we raised her bed to administer 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 9:17am Blood pressure: 110/65.

  Pulse: 59

  O2: 96

• 9:25am Marianne and I started the day giving Maureen an upper body bath using warm purple wipes, no redness observed. Clean/change a dry diaper with a light-yellowish vaginal discharge, applied skin protective film to sacrum, Cavilon barrier cream to inner thighs area. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• 9:45am Administered 10mg loratadine with apple sauce, She had 9oz of lemon water after.

• Maureen had 8oz of prune juice.

• 10:40am Brunch: Mangu (mashed plantain) with onion, fried egg, bacon, avocado and 6oz of coffee with creamer. Maureen coughed four times, suction pump used twice.

• 11:40am Oral care and facial routine performed.

• 12:10pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s first resting break. Clean/change a medium wet diaper with a medium-soft BM, positioned on her right side.

• 12:50pm First break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the front room.

• 1:05pm Lunch: Chicken noodles soup and 10oz of coconut water. Maureen coughed three times during meal, suction pump used once.

• 1:40pm Oral care.

• 2:20pm Albuterol Neb treatment.

• 2:40pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting break. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper, positioned on her right side.

• 3:30pm Second break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the front room.

• 3:45pm Maureen is enjoying her fruit snack (melon) with 10oz of electrolyte drink.

• Total liquids ingested: 37oz.
