Tuesday, Dec 16, 2025 Daytime update

  • 9:00am Maureen’s sleepy with Tom by her bedside after she recently woke up receptive to sips of water via swab.

  • 9:30am Maureen is awake, we raised her bed to administer 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

  • 9:32am Blood pressure: 102/62.

    Pulse: 62

    O2: 94

  • 9:36am Albuterol Neb treatment.

  • 9:47am Marianne and I started the day giving Maureen an upper body bath using warm purple wipes, no redness observed. Clean/change a medium wet diaper, applied skin protective film to sacrum, Cavilon barrier cream to inner thighs area. Dressed and headed to the front room.

  • 10:05am Administered 10mg loratadine with apple sauce followed by 9oz of lemon water.

  • 10:15am Breakfast: Scrambled egg with fresh pear, and 8oz of coffee with creamer. Maureen coughed three times, suction pump used once.

  • 10:55am Oral care and facial routine performed.

  • Applied a thin layer of Triamcinolone to Maureen’s left hand dorsal bump.

  • 11:55am Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s first resting break. Diaper is dry, positioned on her right side.

  • Carolyn and Coleen visit Maureen.

  • 12:40pm First break ends. Clean/change a medium wet diaper, dressed and headed to the front room.

  • 1:00pm Lunch: Chicken noodles soup, chicken salad, tomato and 10oz of sparkling water. Maureen coughed twice during meal.

  • 1:45pm Oral care.

  • 2:40pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting break. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper, inserted a suppository, positioned on her left side.

  • 3:35pm Second break ends. Clean/change a medium wet diaper with an X-large- formed BM, dressed and headed to the front room.

  • 3:55pm Maureen is enjoying her fruit snack (melon/apple) with 9oz of electrolyte drink.

  • Total liquids ingested: 36oz.
