Tuesday, Apr. 23, 2024 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen was awake but still looking sleepy when I came in, she's lying on her left side. Tom informed that Maureen woke up a little after 7am, slightly distressed which lasted for 5mins and went back to sleep after that.

8:15AM - Maureen went back to close her eyes and sleep.

8:40AM - Maureen already woke up - looking calm. 10mins after in an upright position, we administer 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

8:55AM - We started to wash Maureen's upper body with warmed purple wipes. We applied Nystatin on the redness on the left underarm. Diaper was dry - clean upon checking. Finished dressing then moved Maureen to the kitchen.

9:05AM - Administered 1 tab of 50mg Senna S (crushed) with apple sauce. Maureen also had a cup of lemon water.

9:15AM - Breakfast started with 8oz prune juice, oatmeal/fruit smoothie, and 2 spoonfuls of yogurt. No coughs.

9:40AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with smoothie. **Reclined geri chair one notch for Maureen's comfort.

9:55AM - Oral care, followed by facial and hand care routine.

10:30AM - Maureen stayed awake and relaxed - watching Baby's Day Out movie in the front room.

11:10AM - Maureen closed her eyes for a nap.

11:25AM - BP: 110/65, P: 70 bpm

11:30AM - We transferred Maureen to her bedroom for her 1st rest break . Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on folds. Position Maureen to face her right side at 11:40am.

12:35PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was dry, we dressed Maureen then proceed to transfer to the kitchen.

12:50PM - Lunch was sliced boiled egg with avocado on the side, half a piece of toasted bread, and chicken onion soup. Maureen had 2 spoinfuls of yogurt and finished a cup of coconut water, she enjoyed lunch. Coughed once, sneezed twice.

1:30PM - Oral care. **Reclined geri chair one notch after for comfort

2:30PM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed. Position to face her right side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was dry, we dressed Maureen then, proceed to the front room.

3:45PM - Fruit snack time (kiwi, pear and melon).
