Tuesday, 7/7/2026 - Daytime Update

7:30AM -

Coughed a couple times, no suction needed … had 3 swabs of water and fell asleep.

9:30AM - Maureen's on bed lying on her left side. No facial signs of pain or any other discomfort.

9:50AM - She's looking ready to start her day. We placed Maureen in an upright position, administered 75mcg of crushed Levothyroxine with apple sauce. We had 6oz of thickened water. Maureen coughed 2x just to clear her throat, no suction needed.

10:15AM - Me and Joanna washed Maureen's upper body with warm purple wipes. No rashes or redness on upper body. No discharges or skin discoloration on L breast. Cleansed L breast using Skintegrity and clean gauze.

Diaper was dry with medium brownish v. discharge. We cleaned and changed her. Applied Remedy Silicone cream on her anterior and posterior inner thighs. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum. Applied Triacinolone cream on R front foot for redness. We finished dressing and proceed to wash Maureen's hair.

10:50AM - We proceed to the front room. BP: 100/60. Administered 10mg crushed Cetirizine with apple sauce.

Breakfast - soft scrambled egg with butter and cheese, mashed banana, mashed avocado and 6oz thickened prune juice. Maureen coughed 2x, suctioned once.

11:40AM - Administered 20ml cough syrup with apple sauce.

11:50AM - Oral care.

Neb treatment with albuterol.

12:15PM - Facial and hand care routine.

**Maureen closed her eyes for a nap after.

12:45PM - Maureen opened her eyes wide and was slightly tensed - jaw and hands not tight. She relaxed after 5mins.

1:15PM - We prepared lemon chicken soup (thickened), yogurt and sparkling water. However, Maureen doesn't feel like eating yet. She barely take and swallow the food/liquid.

1:45PM - We decided to transfer Maureen to the bedroom to change diaper. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. We will take and use this time for her rest break to prevent from additional exhaustion because of moving and tranferring. We placed to fave her right side.

3:10PM - Rest break is over. Diaper is clean and dry. We dressed Maureen and transferred to the front room.

3:20PM - Maureen finished half yogurt for snack and 6oz thickened sparkling water. Coughed 3x, suction 2x.

4:15PM - Dinner - beef lasagna and 6oz thickened sparkling water. Coughed once, suctioned once.

5:10PM - Neb treatment with albuterol.

5:30PM - Administered 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce and 12.5ml Vimpat.

5:45PM - Oral care.

6:00PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was lightly wet with small grayish v. discharge. We cleaned and changed her. Applied Midline remedy cream on anterior and posterior inner thighs. Cleansed L breast using Skintegrity and clean gauze. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Position to face her left side with pillow in between her legs.

6:30 - Maureen's sleeping.
