Sunday July 5, 2026 Daytime Summary

7:30AM - I went in to check on Maureen, dry at this time … I proceeded to reposition her on her right side.


Vitals are …


Temperature - 97.8°

Pulse - 75 BPM

Oxygen - 96%


8:30 - sleeping soundly


9:30 - Kathy arrived, Maureen still sleeping.


10:30 - Maureen’s moaning a bit, gone back to sleep … she’s now wet, will change soon and see how she does.


10:45 - We cleaned and changed a medium wet diaper with a medium odorless discharge

( brownish in color).

Maureen‘s eyes are still closed so we got her cleaned up, and moved to the front room to start our day.


Maureen had different thoughts she went back to sleep right away, so we reclined the chair slightly and let her rest.


11:45 - Maureen was awake enough to take her thyroid medicine, and then proceeded to go back to sleep after a few sips of water which was thickened.


12:30PM - Maureen opened her eyes and accepted a few sips of water and went back to sleep. No signs of distress whatsoever.


1:00 - maureen is still sleeping comfortably, Vitale at this time are …


Temperature is 97.6°

Pulse is 74 beats per minute

Oxygen level is 95%


2:15 - We transfer Maureen to the bedroom, dry diaper, placed on her right side.


3:30 - Break time has ended, Maureen got her eyes open, light wet diaper, we cleaned and changed, got dressed and back to the front room for a breakfast/snack/dinner combo.


4:45 - After having about 5 ounces of lemon water with thickener, we tried some scrambled eggs, they didn’t go over too well …. peach yogurt was our next try, she actually ate about a third of the container …

Nap time again.


5:15 - eyes are open, we got 8 ounces of sparkling water in, with thickener.


5:50 - I administered 12.5ml VIMPAT and 1 crushed OLANZAPINE tablet with applesauce.

Oral care and clean up followed immediately.


We transferred to the bedroom, to no surprise, diaper was dry, I applied some Triamcinolone cream on her right foot, cleaned her left breast, and put her on her left side.


Evening vitals are …


Temperature is 98.0°

Pulse is 67BPM

Oxygen is 96%

TOM: 7:15 - Maureen was coughing a couple times, I gave her some water, via swab, went back to sleep. Vitals at this time … Temperature- 97.0° Pulse- 76BPM Oxygen- 94% Back to sleep … 8:40 - two cough

 
 
 
July 4, Saturday, Day Shift

9:30 am: Maureen is awake. 9:35 am: We placed Maureen in an upright position. 2 oz of water with lemon and thickener Administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce. 4 oz of water with lemon and
