8:00am Maureen’s awake lying on her left side, she was receptive to sips of water earlier.
8:25am Maureen seems fully awake, we raised the bed to administer 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.
8:35am Joanna and I started our day by giving Maureen an upper body bath, no redness observed. Clean/change a dry diaper with small dark blood discharge, applied Cavilon barrier film to sacrum, barrier cream to inner thighs area. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.
8:55am Breakfast: 8oz prune juice with a cap of Miralax, oatmeal/fruit smoothie with a full activia yogurt. Coughed three times.
9:10am Administered 10mg Loratadine with smoothie.
Daily Miralax dosage: 1 cap
9:25am Oral care.
9:35 am Saline and albuterol Neb treatment.
10:00am Eyes wash/drops and facial routine performed.
Maureen finished drinking her first cup of lemon water.
10:30am Maureen’s diaper it’s clean.
11:00am Blood pressure: 105/70, P 57.
Maureen stayed relaxed and alert mostly all morning, closing her eyes briefly for only 10 minutes.
11:20am Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s first resting break. Clean/change a dry diaper with tiny-brown blood stain and a Small-formed BM, positioned on her right side.
12:20pm First break ends. Clean/change a medium wet diaper with a Large-soft BM. No discharge observed. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.
12:35pm Lunch: Chicken noodle soup with crackers and guacamole, and a cup of coconut water. Coughed twice.
1:30pm Oral care.
1:45pm Diaper it’s clean.
2:00pm Maureen sits relaxed and alert while listening to her playlist. In the meantime, she had 1/3 cup of lemon water.
2:30pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting break. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper with a Very small-soft BM, Positioned on her left side. No discharge observed.
3:30pm Second break ends. Diaper it’s dry and clear, dressed and headed to the living room.
3:45pm Maureen is enjoying her fruit snack (melon/pear/kiwi), and 1/4 cup of lemon water.
