• 8:00am Maureen calmly woke, accepted sips of water and immediately went back to sleep.

• 8:30am Maureen is asleep.

• 9:00am Maureen’s still sleeping.

• 9:30am Maureen is awake, we raised her bed to administer 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 9:32am Blood pressure: 99/61.

• 9:36am Saline Neb treatment.

• 9:45am Joanna and I started the day giving Maureen an upper body bath using warm purple wipes, no redness observed. Clean/change a dry diaper, applied skin protective barrier wipes to sacrum, Cavilon barrier cream to inner thighs area. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• 10:05am Administered 10mg Loratadine with apple sauce.

• 10:07am Breakfast: 9oz lemon water, scrambled egg with banana and 4oz coffee with creamer. Maureen coughed three times and sneezed once during breakfast.

• 10:35am Oral care followed by eyes wash/drops and facial routine.

• 10:50am We go with Maureen for a walk around the neighborhood. She stayed alert all the way.

• Maureen had 10oz of electrolyte drink once back home.

• 11:40am Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s first resting period. Clean/change a light wet diaper, positioned on her right side.

• 12:35pm First break ends. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper, dressed and headed to the living room.

• 12:50pm Lunch: Chicken/rice soup (blended), chicken salad with avocado, and 10oz sparkling water. Maureen coughed and sneezed four times during meal.

• 1:40pm Oral care.

• 2:35pm Transferred to the living area for Maureen’s second resting period. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper, positioned on her right side.

• 3:30pm Second break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the living room.

• 3:45pm Maureen’s enjoying her fruit snack (melon/apple) with 5oz lemon water.

• Total liquids ingested: 38oz.
