Thursday May 14th Daytime Summary

-9:30am Maureen is asleep

-10:00am Maureen is awake, we sat her up in a upright position and gave her a albuterol breathing treatment. We gave her 75mcg of Levothyroxine w/applesauce. Maureen drank 6oz of water w/Thick-It. Maureen's spider bite looks better still red but the swelling has gone down. Applied ice & hydrocortisone cream to it.

Morning Care- we changed her diaper it was dry w/large VD odorless and yellow. Applied sureprep to her sacrum area and cavilon between her inner thighs. We washed Maureen's upper extremities w/warm purple wipes & got her dressed to start her day.

-10:50am transferred Maureen into the living room, we gave her 10mg of Loratadine and 20ml of cough syrup w/applesauce. Breakfast was a scrambled egg w/tomato and onion and diced kiwi. Maureen drank 8oz.of orange juice w/Thick-It. 2coughs & 1 suction

-11:45am Oralcare & applied facial and hand cream. Listening to music, relaxing and resting. Noticed what appears to be bites around her right elbow in 3 spots, alerted Tom we iced & applied hydrocortisone to the area.

-1:15pm afternoon fruit snack diced watermelon. 8 coughs & 2 suction's w/watermelon. Maureen finished 10oz.of coconut water w/Thick-It.

-2:15pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for afternoon rest break. We changed her diaper it was heavy wet w/medium VD odorless and yellow. Positioned Maureen on her right side.

-3:15pm starting Maureen's afternoon, she was dry. Transferred Maureen into the living room, gave her a albuterol breathing treatment. Watching game shows gave Maureen a little carrot cake & she drank 10oz of lemon water w/Thick-It.

-4:30pm dinner chicken w/noodles. We gave her 5mg of OlanZapine, 20ml of cough syrup & 12.5mg of Vimpat w/applesauce. Maureen finished 10oz.of sparkling water w/Thick-It. 2 coughs w/dinner. 1 suction after meds.

-5:20pm Oralcare

-6:00pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for bedtime. We changed her diaper it was heavy wet w/large VD odorless and yellow. Applied cavilon between her inner thighs & washed her face and hands. Applied lotion to her legs, feet, hands and face. Dressed her for the night & positioned her on her left side.

Fluids-44oz.

Vitals- T- 98.2 PO-90/99

We checked her whole body at bed time & saw nothing else at all.
