Thursday June 11, 2026 Daytime Update

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side, already awake. Tom’s giving her sips of water via swab. No signs of pain or any distress.

9:40AM- We placed Maureen in an upright position administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce. And give her Neb treatment with nebulizer .

she drink 6oz of thickened cold water.

Cough2x and suction

10:15AM- Morning care. Wash her upper extremities with warm purple wipes. Diaper was dry  and has XL VD brownish but odorless. We Cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Prevent silicone cream on posterior and inner thighs.

We dressed her and moved to the patio.  It’s a beautiful breeze outside today.

10:40AM- She’s gonna have her Breakfast at the patio.

Scrambled egg with onions, tomatoes and cheese with kiwi, finished 8oz thickened orange juice.Maureen ate well.

Administered 10mg of Loratadine  and 20ml cough syrup (Geri-Tussin)all with apple sauce.

Cough once.

11:30AM Oral care, Facial and hand care routine

11:40AM- Maureen is closing her eye for a nap

12:20PM- We moved Maureen back to the living room.

1:15PM - Maureen took 10oz of thickened coconut water and fruit Yogurt for as fruit snack.

Cough once

2:00PM-  Neb treatment with Albuterol.

2:15PM-We transferred her to the bedroom for her rest break. Diaper was medium wet and has Large formed BM, We cleaned and changed her, position her to face the right side.

3:15PM-  Rest break ended already. Diaper was dry. We dressed Maureen and we went for a walk.

3:40PM- Maureen had 10oz of thickened flavored sparkling water.

4:25PM- diaper checked dry.

4:30PM - Dinner - bake Salmon mashed potato rice cauliflower. Maureen finished her food and enjoyed eating. She finished 10oz thickened flavored sparkling water. Coughed5x and suction 4x

5:30PM- Administered 5mg of Olanzapine 12.5ml Vimpat and cough syrup 20ml (Gerri-Tussin) all with apple sauce.

5:45PM- Oral care.

6:10PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet, and has  medium VD brownish odorless. we cleaned and changed, applied Prevent silicon cream on posterior and inner thighs has redness on her upper hairline. We applied powdered ZeasorbAF . Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms. Position to face the left side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on the back.

6:25PM - Maureen's sleeping.
