Wednesday June 10, 2026 Daytime Update

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side. Maureen still sleeping comfortably.

10:00AM- Maureen is awake, no signs of pains or any distress. We placed Maureen in an upright position administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce. And give her Neb treatment with nebulizer .

she drink 6oz of thickened cold water.

Cough once suction once.

10:41AM- Morning care. Wash her upper extremities with warm purple wipes. Diaper was medium wet and has small VD brownish but odorless. We Cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Prevent silicone cream on posterior and inner thighs.

We dressed her and moved to the front room.

10:50AM- Breakfast- waffle with butter and jelly and kiwi, finished 8oz thickened apple Juice.Maureen ate well.

Administered 10mg of Loratadine  and 20ml cough syrup (Geri-Tussin)all with apple sauce.

11:55AM- Oral care, Facial and hand care routine

12:00PM- Maureen is relaxing and listening music.

1:15PM-she had her  fruit yogurt.

Maureen took 10oz of thickened coconut water. Coughed4x suction2x

2:00PM- Give her neb treatment with Albuterol.

2:15PM- We transferred her to the bedroom for her rest break. Diaper was dry. We position her to face the right side.

3:25PM- Rest break ended already. Diaper was medium wet and has small soft BM. We cleaned and changed. We moved to the front room.

3:50PM- Maureen had 10oz of thickened sparkling water.

4:30PM- check diaper, dry

4:50PM - Dinner - Bake Salmon with mashed potato and rice cauliflower. Maureen finished her food and enjoyed eating. She finished 10oz thickened sparkling water. Cough2x no suction

5:40- Administered 5mg of Olanzapine 12.5ml Vimpat and cough syrup 20ml (Gerri-Tussin) all with apple sauce.

5:55PM- Oral care.

6:10PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was medium wet and has large  VD brownish odorless. We cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon cream on posterior and inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Position to face the left side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on the back.

6:25PM - Maureen's sleeping.
