Tuesday June 9th Daytime Summary

-9:30am Maureen is asleep.

-9:45am Maureen is awake, we changed her diaper it was medium wet w/medium VD odorless and yellow. We applied sureprep to her sacrum area and cavilon between her inner thighs. We washed Maureen's upper extremities w/warm purple wipes and dressed her for the day. We sat Maureen in a upright position and gave her 75mcg of Levothyroxine w/applesauce and a albuterol breathing treatment. Maureen drank 6oz of lemon water w/Thick-It.

-10:30am we washed Maureen's hair today.

-10:45am transferred Maureen into the living room. Breakfast was a scrambled egg w/tomato and onion & diced kiwi. 2 suction's & 2 coughs w/meal. We gave Maureen 10mg of Loratadine and 20ml of cough syrup w/applesauce. Maureen finished 8oz. of prune juice w/half cap of Miralax & Thick-it. 2 coughs

-11:30am Oralcare & we applied facial and hand cream. Maureen is relaxing/resting listening to music. 1 suction, very phelmy today.

-1:15pm afternoon snack yogurt. Maureen finished 10oz.of coconut water. 3 coughs

-2:00pm a albuterol breathing treatment given

-2:15pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for afternoon rest break. We changed Maureen's diaper it was heavy wet w/medium VD odorless and yellow & a large soft BM. Positioned Maureen on her right side.

-3:15pm starting Maureen's afternoon, she was dry. We dressed her & transferred Maureen into the living room. We gave her banana bread. Watching game shows. Maureen drank 10oz.of sparkling water w/Thick-It. 2 coughs

-4:30pm dinner chicken taco. 1 cough

-5:00pm gave Maureen 5mg of OlanZapine, 20ml of cough syrup and 12.5mg of Vimpat w/applesauce. Maureen finished 10oz.of coconut water w/Thick-It. 2 coughs

-5:30pm coughing attack lasted 10 minutes, multiple coughs & 3 suction's.

-5:45pm Oralcare

-6:00pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for bedtime. We changed her diaper it was dry w/a small soft BM. We applied cavilon between her inner thighs and washed her face and hands. We applied lotion to her legs, feet, hands and face & dressed her for the night. We positioned Maureen on her left side.
