Friday June 12th Daytime Summary

-9:30am Maureen is asleep

-9:50am Maureen is now awake & we changed her diaper it was medium wet w/small VD odorless and yellow. We applied sureprep to her sacrum area and cavilon between her inner thighs. We washed Maureen's upper extremities w/warm purple wipes & dressed her for the day. We sat Maureen in a upright position and gave her 75mcg of Levothyroxine w/applesauce and a albuterol breathing treatment. Maureen drank 6oz of water w/Thick-It. A little jumpy this morning. 1 suction & 2 coughs

-We washed Maureen's hair today.

-10:55am transferred Maureen into the living room. We gave Maureen 10mg of Loratadine and 20ml of cough syrup w/applesauce. Breakfast was a waffle w/jelly and diced kiwi. Maureen finished 8oz.of orange juice w/Thick-It. 2 suction's & 4 coughs w/meal

-12:00pm Oralcare & we applied facial and hand cream. Resting/relaxing listening to music. Brian came for a visit.

-1:05pm afternoon snack fruit yogurt & Maureen finished 10oz.of coconut water.

-Kathleen came over for visit

-2:00pm albuterol breathing treatment

-2:20pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for afternoon rest break. We changed her diaper it was dry w/medium VD odorless and yellow. Positioned Maureen on her right side.

-3:15pm starting Maureen's afternoon, we changed her diaper it was medium wet & a medium BM soft w/small VD odorless and yellow. Dressed her to go outside for fresh air.

-4:15pm back from our walk & Maureen finished 10oz.of lemon water w/Thick-It.

-4:45pm dinner beef stew....changed to chicken & potato salad, stew wasn't going down good. 2 suction's & 4 coughs w/meal.

-5:30pm we gave her 5mg of OlanZapine, 20ml of cough syrup and 12.5mg of Vimpat w/applesauce. Maureen finished 10oz.of sparkling water w/Thick-It.

-5:45pm Oralcare

-6:00pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for bedtime. We changed Maureen's diaper it was dry w/medium VD odorless and yellow. We applied cavilon between her inner thighs. We washed her face and hands & applied lotion to her legs, feet, hands and face. Dressed Maureen for the night & positioned her on her left side.
