• 8:00am Maureen’s lying on her left sleeping peacefully.

  Oxygen is ON

• 8:30am Recently, Maureen opened her eyes very briefly and continued sleeping.

• 9:00am Maureen’s still asleep, repositioned on the right side.

  Temp: 98.4

  Pulse: 65

  O2: 97

• 9:30am Maureen woke up calmly and receptive to sips of water via swab 15 minutes ago.

• 9:35am Maureen’s awake, we raised the bed to administer 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce .

• 9:38am Blood pressure: 105/64, P: 66, O2: 97.

• 9:43am Saline and albuterol Neb treatment.

• Maureen coughed a few times making crying sound at the same time, she was able to release some phlegm assisted with the suction pump.

• 10:05am Administered 500mg acetaminophen (crushed) with apple sauce.

• 10:07am Joanna and I started the day giving Maureen an upper body bath using warm purple wipes, no redness observed. Clean/change a dry diaper with a very small-yellowish vaginal discharge, applied Cavilon barrier film to sacrum, barrier cream to inner thighs area. Dressed and headed to the living room.

• 10:25am Administered 10mg Loratadine with pear sauce. Breakfast followed with 9oz lemon water, waffle with syrup and pear sauce, and 8oz prune juice. Maureen ate drank liquids very well, coughing only four times while drinking, suction pump used once.

• No MiraLAX administered

• 11:00am Oral care.

• 11:10am Eyes wash/drops and facial routine performed.

• 11:30am Maureen sitting on the recliner with relaxed hands and face, not showing any signs of discomfort.

• 11:58am Administered 5ml of expectorant.

• 12:00pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s first resting break. Diaper is dry, positioned on her right side.

  Nasal oxygen is ON

  Pulce: 70

  O2: 94

  Maureen coughed a few times while in bed, suction pump used.

• 1:00pm First break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the living room.

  Nasal oxigen is ON

  Pulse: 74

  O2: 91

• 1:15pm Lunch: Chicken noodle soup (blended), cake and 9oz sparkling water. Maureen coughed four times and sneezed twice, suction pump used once.

• 1:55pm Oral care.

• 2:05pm Albuterol Neb treatment.

• 2:20pm Administered 500mg acetaminophen (crushed) with apple sauce.

• 2:30pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting period. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper, and then positioned on her right side.

  Nasal oxygen is ON

  Pulse: 80

  O2: 91

• 3:30pm Second break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the living room.

  Nasal oxygen is ON

  Pulse: 73

  O2: 94

  3:45pm Maureen is enjoying her fruit snack (melon/pear/kiwi).

• Total liquids ingested: 26oz.
