Thursday, July 24, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen was already wide awake, she's comfortably lying on her left side. No signs of any distress.

8:30AM - We placed Maureen in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

BP:102/60, P:65, O2: 94

8:40AM - Me and Joanna washed her upper body using warm purple wipes, no redness on skin. Diaper was dry with medium, light brown v. discharge. We cleaned her with tepid water and changed. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. Finished dressing and transferred to the front room.

8:55AM - Maureen took 8oz of lemon water. Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

Neb treatment with saline.

9:20AM - Breakfast - scrambled egg with tomato, onion and cheese, pear, and 6oz of lemon water. Coughed 3x and used suction machine twice.

10:10AM - Oral care.

10:20AM - Eyecare and eye drops routine. Facial and hand care routine followed.

10:40AM - Maureen took 3oz of coconut water. Coughed once.

11:30AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.

12:40PM - Maureen took a 15min nap. Her 1st rest break is over, diaper was clean and dry. We got her dressed and transferred to the front room.

12:50PM - Lunch - chicken salad, beets and 3oz of coconut water. Coughed 3x.

**Maureen was holding some of the food on the side. Her energy went down a bit.

1:35PM - Oral care.
