Thursday, July 11, 2024 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen is sleeping, lying on her left side. Tom is also on bed with her.

8:30AM - Maureen woke up, had sips of water vis swab.

8:40AM - In an upright position, administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

8:50AM - Maureen is looking ready to start her day. Me and Dalia cleaned Maureen's upper body with warmed purple wipes. No redness/rashes on skin observed. Diaper was clean and dry. We finished dressing and transferred Maureen to the kitchen.

9:00AM - Breakfast started with warm coffee, orange, 6oz prune juice with 1/2 cap of MiraLAX, and 2 spoonfuls of yogurt. Maureen finished a cup of lemon water as well. Coughed 2x.

**Geri chair was reclined one notch prior to breakfast for Maureen's comfort

MiraLAX daily dose - 1/2 cap

9:30AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with smoothie

9:45AM - Oral care.

9:50AM - Eye care and eye drops routine. Followed with facial and hand care routine.

10:30AM - Maureen's hands were relaxed while sitting on her recliner - listening to the music and stayed awake the whole time.

11:00AM - BP: 100/60, P: 64 bpm

11:30AM - It is time for Maureen's 1st rest, we transferred her to the bedroom. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned/dried and changed her. Position to face her right side.

12:35PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry - proceed to dressed Maureen then, transferred to the kitchen.

12:42PM - Lunch was chicken salad, fresh tomato and broccoli soup. Maureen had a cup of coconut water. She coughed 2x, sneezed 2x. Maureen was able to coughed up phlegm herself.

1:20PM - Oral care. * Reclined geri chair one notch for comfort.

1:28PM - We started to give her the Nebulizer treatment - saline soln and albuterol.

**Maureen looking great today, not looking tired or sound phlegmy at all. Hands were relaxed all the time.

2:00PM - Maureen sitting on her chair looking comfortable while watching a movie.

2:30PM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the left side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, noticed a small, clear and lightly sticky vaginal discharge - cleaned the area using tepid water. Finished dressing Maureen then, transferred to the front room.

3:45PM - Fruit snack time (kiwi, pear and melon).
