Thursday January 9, 2025 Daytime update

• 8:00am Maureen’ s awake with Tom by her bedside, accepting sips of water via swab.

• 8:45am Maureen’s awake, we raised the bed to administer 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 8:55am Joanna and I started our day giving Maureen an upper body bath using warm purple wipes, no redness observed. Clean/change a medium wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier film to sacrum, barrier cream to inner thighs area. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• Reclined Geri chair one notch for comfort.

• 9:15am Breakfast: 8oz prune juice with a full cap of Miralax, scrambled egg with tomato and onion, and activia yogurt. Coughed three times.

• 9:30am Administered 10mg Loratadine and 100mg colace with yogurt .

• Daily Miralax dosage: 1 cap

• 10:00am Oral care .

• 10:10am Eyes wash/drops and facial routine performed.

• Maureen took a 30 minutes nap shortly after her morning routine.

• 11:20am Maureen finished drinking a full cup of lemon water.

• 11:30am Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s first resting break. Clean/change a dry diaper with a medium-soft BM, positioned on her right side.

• 12:30pm First break ends. Clean/change a medium wet diaper with small-soft BM. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• 12:45pm Blood pressure: 105/61, p 69.

• 12:50pm Lunch: Lentils soup, tuna salad, guacamole, and a cup of sparkling water. Coughed twice.

• 1:35pm Oral care.

• Maureen started alert the whole time after lunch. In the meantime, she had half cup of lemon water.

• 2:30pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting break. Clean/change a medium wet diaper with a medium-soft BM, positioned on her left side.

• 3:30pm Second break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the living area.

• 3:45pm Maureen’s enjoying her fruit snack (apple, banana).
