Thursday, February 16 Daytime update

• 6:30 am- Maureen is awake. Tom just gave her 0.1 ml of Lorazepam .

• 7:00 am- Maureen is still awake.

• 7:30 am- Maureen is drifting off to sleep at times.

• 8:00 am- Maureen is asleep.

• 8:30 am- Maureen is awake, she napped for about 10 minutes.

• 8:40 am- We started the day. Maureen's diaper was medium wet. Dalia and I gave Maureen a full body bed bath. Applied 3 M Cavilon products. There was a slight redness under her right breast. After washing and drying, we applied a thin layer of Nystatin. The inner fold of Maureen's right elbow is better, but still visible. We washed it with soap and water, dried and then applied Nystatin.

• 9:05 am- Administered Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 9:10 am- Breakfast- pancake with peach jam, banana, 8 oz of prune juice with 1/2 cup of Miralax, cup of lemon water. Three coughs, one sneeze.

• Daily Miralax dosage- 1/2 cup.

• We reclined Maureen's chair down.

• 9:45 am- Morning oral care.

• 9:50 am- Eye wash and eye drops.

• 9:55 am- Facial routine.

• 10:00 am- Maureen is relaxing in the chair. She doesn't look congested, no runny nose. She looks tired.

• 10:30 am- Half a smoothie. Maureen did not cough.

• 11:00 am- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her first rest break. Diaper was light wet. Dalia and I cleaned and changed Maureen. Positioned her on the right side at 11:15 am.

• 12:15 pm- First rest break ends. Maureen's diaper was dry. We dressed and proceeded with washing her hair.

• 12:30 pm- We headed to the kitchen. Dryed and styled Maureen's hair.

• 12:40 pm- Lunch- onion and chicken soup, tuna salad, red beets, bottle of coconut water. Two coughs.

• We reclined Maureen's chair down.

• 1:10 pm- Oral care.

• 1:20 pm- Nebulizer treatment with saline solution.

• 2:00 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for rest break # 2. Diaper was light wet. Dalia and I cleaned and changed Maureen. Positioned her on the left side. She will lie down for an hour starting at 2:15 pm.

• 3:15 pm- Rest break #2 is over. Maureen's diaper was dry. We dressed and headed to the front room.

• 3:30 pm- Fruit snack. Maureen coughed twice.

• 4:00 pm- Maureen is comfortably resting in the recliner.
