Thursday, Feb. 15, 2024 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen was awake when we came in, lying on her left side.

8:20AM - We raised the bed up and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

8:45AM - We started to wash Maureen's upper body using warmed purple wipes with Aloe Vesta. Light redness on left underarm observed, applied Nystatin. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Finished dressing then transferred to the kitchen.

9:00AM - Administered Senna S (crushed) with apple sauce. Maureen had a cup of lemon water as well.

9:08AM - We started breakfast with prune juice, fruit/oatmeal smoothie with 2prunes, and a spoonful of yogurt. No coughs.

9:35AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with smoothie.

9:45AM - Oral care.

**Reclined geri chair one notch for Maureen's comfort.

9:50AM - Eye care and eye drops routine.

9:55AM - Facial and hand care routine.

***Maureen closed her eyes after for a nap.

10:40AM - BP: 100/68, P: 73bpm

11:25AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet, cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side starting at 11:35am.

12:35PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed Maureen. Transferred to the kitchen.

12:45PM - Lunch is egg salad and toasted bread, fresh sliced tomato, chicken/veggie soup, and couple spoons of yogurt. Maureen had a cup of sparkling water. Coughed once.

***Reclined geri chair for one notch after for comfort.

1:20PM - Oral care.

1:50PM - Maureen looking relaxed and awake while sitting on her chair, listening to the music from the Grease album.

**Sips of water in between.

2:30PM - Transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changer her. Position to face her right side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed Maureen. Finished dressing then transferred to the front room.

3:45PM - Fruit snack time (kiwi, pear and melon).
