Sunday April 19th Daytime Summary

-9:30am Maureen is asleep

-10:00am Maureen is awake, we changed her diaper she was medium wet w/medium VD odorless and cloudy. Applied sureprep to her sacrum area and cavilon between her inner thighs. We sat her up in a upright position and Tom gave her a few swabs of water. Gave her 75mcg of Levothyroxine w/pear puree & a albuterol breathing treatment. Maureen drank 6oz of water w/Thick-It.

-Morning Care we washed her upper extremities w/warm purple wipes & dressed her for the day.

Barb came over to visit Maureen.

-10:45am transferred Maureen into the living room, gave her 10mg of Loratadine & 20ml of cough syrup w/pear puree. Breakfast was scrambled egg w/tomato, onion & ham w/diced kiwi. Deacon Andy was here for prayers & communion for Maureen. Maureen drank 6oz of prune juice w/half of a cap of Miralax & Thick-it.

-12:15pm Oralcare & applied facial and hand cream. Watching game shows & relaxing.

-1:10pm afternoon fruit snack diced watermelon, Maureen drank 10oz.of coconut water.

-1:55pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for afternoon rest break. We changed her diaper it was medium wet w/medium VD odorless and cloudy. Positioned Maureen on her right side.

-2:45pm get Maureen up to start her afternoon, she was dry. Transferred Maureen into the living room, waiting on Sr. Roberta's visit.

-4:45pm gave Maureen a albuterol breathing treatment.

-5:00pm dinner pork chops w/potatoes & brussel sprouts.

Maureen drank 10oz.of sparkling water w/Thick-It. We gave her 5mg of OlanZapine, 20ml of cough syrup & 12.5mg of Vimpat w/pear puree.

-5:45pm Oralcare

-6:00pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for bedtime. We changed her diaper it was dry w/medium VD odorless and cloudy, applied cavilon between her inner thighs. Also applied Nystatin above her hairline for redness, dressed her for the night. Washed her face and hands and applied cream to her legs, feet, hands and face. Positioned Maureen on her left side.

Fluids-32oz.
