Thursday Feb.12th Daytime Summary

-9:35am administered the suppository, Maureen still asleep.

-10:35am just checked her, nothing. Going to wait another 15 minutes.

-10:55am Maureen had a soft medium BM, changed her, applied sureprep and cavilon to appropriate areas. Sat Maureen in a upright position & gave her 75mcg of Levothyroxine w/applesauce & she drank 10oz. of hydration water. Washed Maureen w/warmed purple wipes on her face & upper extremities. Got her dressed for the day.

-11:45 am transferred Maureen into the living room, brushed her hair and put her teeth in. Gave Maureen 10mg of Loratadine

w/applesauce.

-12:00pm made breakfast, a egg w/tomato and onion & diced pears. Maureen drank 10oz.of coconut water.

-12:45pm Oralcare & applied facial and hand cream.

-1:00pm watching Olympics

-1:25pm gave Maureen diced watermelon & a mashed avocado cup 2oz.

-2:00pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for afternoon break. Changed her diaper, she was heavy wet. Positioned her on her right side.

-2:45pm start Maureen's afternoon, changed diaper it was dry. Transferred Maureen into the living room & gave her 10oz.of sparkling water. Watching Olympics/game shows

-4:30pm dinner beef w/broccoli & rice & 10oz.of sparkling water.

-5:10pm gave Maureen her 5mg of OlanZapine w/applesauce & 10mg/ml of Lacosamide w/applesauce.

-5:30pm Oralcare

-5:55pm transfer Maureen into the bedroom for the evening. Changed her diaper it was heavy wet, applied cavilon to appropriate areas. Washed her face & hands & appliedcream to her face,hands, legs & feet & dressed her for the night. She is position on her left side.
