Wednesday Feb.11th Daytime Summary

-9:30am Tom said Maureen has been up since 6am & gave her swabs of water & suctioned her.

-9:40am sat Maureen in a upright position & gave her 75mcg of Levothyroxine w/applesauce. She drank 8oz. of prune juice.

-9:50am Morning Care changed Maureen's diaper it was dry w/a little VD w/o odor. Applied sureprep and cavilon to appropriate area's. Washed her upper extremities w/warm purple wipes & got Maureen dressed to start her day.

-10:10am transferred Maureen into the living room, brushed her hair and put her teeth in. Gave Maureen her 10mg of Loratadine w/applesauce.

-10:20am made breakfast, a waffle w/jelly & diced pears. Maureen drank 10oz. of hydration water.

-11:15am Oralcare & applied facial and hand cream.

-11:30am watching Olympics, Maureen is resting.

-12:00pm Maureen napping...

-12:50pm woke up

-1:05 pm gave Maureen watermelon & kiwi per Tom's direction. 5oz. of coconut water.

Watching Olympics

-2:00pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for afternoon break. Changed her diaper medium wet, positioned her on her left side. In hopes of a BM...

-3:00pm starting Maureen's afternoon, she's dry. Transferred Maureen into the living room, finished the remaining 5oz. of coconut water.

-3:15pm watching game shows

-3:45pm Maureen's trying to push for BM...again at 4pm & -4:15pm, transferred her into bedroom to try to make her more comfortable...

-4:45pm transferred her back into living room, no luck

-5:00pm dinner meatloaf, mashed potatoes & mixed vegetables & 10oz. of sparkling water. Gave Maureen 5mg. of OlanZapine w/applesauce & 10mg/ml of Lacosamide w/applesauce.

-5:45pm took out her teeth & did Oralcare.

-6:00pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for the night. Changed her diaper medium wet, washed her face & hands. Applied cream to her legs, feet, & hands, dressed her for the night & position her on her left side.

Vitals- T-98.7 PO- 80/91

Fluids- 38oz.
