Thursday, Dec. 4, 2025 Daytime update

• 8:00am Maureen sleeps peacefully lying on her left side.

• 8:30am Maureen is drifting back to sleep. About ten minutes ago, she woke up calmly and receptive to sips of water.

• 9:18am Maureen is awake, we raised her bed to administer 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 9:20am Blood pressure: 102/69.

  Pulse: 77

  O2: 98

• 9:24am Saline Neb treatment.

• 9:36am Joanna and I started our day giving Maureen an upper body bath using warm purple wipes, no redness observed. Clean/change a dry diaper, applied skin protective film to sacrum, Cavilon barrier cream to inner thighs area. Dressed and headed to the front room.

• 9:55am Administered 10mg loratadine with apple sauce. She had 9oz of lemon water after.

• 10:12am Breakfast: Scrambled egg with tomato/onion/cheese, fresh pear, and 8oz of prune juice. Maureen coughed four times during meal, suction pump used once.

• 10:50am Oral care followed by eyes wash/drops and facial routine.

• Maureen closed her eyes for about 15 minutos soon after her morning routine.

• 11:45am Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s first resting break. Clean/change a medium wet diaper, positioned on her right side.

• 12:35pm First break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the front room.

• 12:50pm Lunch: Sweetpeas soup (blended), tuna salad, avocado mash, and 10oz of sparkling water. Maureen coughed four times and had a sneezing episode during meal. Suction pump used once.

• Maureen had 8oz of electrolyte drink before her rest.

• 2:35pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting break. Clean/change a medium wet diaper, positioned on her right side.

• 3:30pm Second break ends. Clean/change a medium wet diaper with a medium-firm BM, dressed and headed to the front room.

• 3:45pm Maureen is enjoying her fruit snack (melon/apple).

• Total liquids ingested: 35oz.
