Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's on her left side - awake and calm. Tom informed that she woke up slightly jumpy for 10mins, all vital signs within normal limits. She tolerated sips of water via swab after.

8:40AM - Re-positioned Maureen to the right side.

BP: 105/58, P: 61, O2: 95%

9:15AM - Administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

Neb treatment with saline.

9:35AM - Me and Joanna gave Maureen an upper body wash using warm purple wipes. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned her with water and Cetaphil cleanser. We changed her and applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. We finished dressing and moved to the front room.

9:50AM - Maureen took 10oz lemon water. Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

Breakfast - waffle with butter and grape jelly, banana and 8 oz apple juice. Coughed 2x.

10:30AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine.

11:00AM - Maureen's looking relaxed while sitting on the recliner watching a christmas movie.

11:30AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changhed her. Position to face the right side.

12:10PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Got Maureen dressed and moved to the front room.

12:20PM - Lunch - chicken fingers with sauce, mashed avocado and 12 oz sparkling water. Maureen coughed (dry) 3x.

1:15PM - Oral care.

1:45PM - No naps while on recliner for Maureen today.

Maureen took 2oz sparkling water.

2:30PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.

3:10PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We dressed Maureen and transferred to the front room.

3:20PM - Fruit snack (melon and apple). Maureen had a piece of cookie too and 5oz lemon water.
