Monday, Dec. 1, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's on her left side - awake, gave her sips of water via swab. She's calm and no signs of any distress.

8:20AM - Maureen closed her eyes and back to sleep.

8:45AM - Still sleeping.

9:30AM - Maureen slightly opened her eyes - still looking sleepy, she's receptive to sips of water via swab. We placed her on her back, waited a few minutes before we placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

9:45AM - Neb treatment with albuterol.

10:10AM - Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed Maureen. Kelly, RN arrived for Maureen's weekly visit. Lungs clear, active bowel sounds heard. She checked the white bump on the right labia - she advised to observe any signs of pain or discomfort with Maureen. It's okay as long as no redness, not swollen or no discoloration.

HR - 66 bpm

BP - 110/68

**Kelly informed that Maureen may continue with Neb treatment with saline 2x a day.

10:45AM - We dressed Maureen and moved to the front room. She took 10oz lemon water. Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

Breakfast - Waffle with butter and grape jelly, apple, and 8oz tea. Coughed 3x.

11:20AM - Oral care.

11:25AM - Eye care and eye drops routine.

Facial and hand care routine followed.

12:00PM - Maureen looked relax while sitting ln the recliner.

12:30PM - We transferred her to the front room for the 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.

1:00PM - Rest break is shortened. Me and Dalia gave Maureen a full body bed bath using warm water and Cetaphil cleanser. Diaper was dry, cleaned and changed her - applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon barrier film on inner thighs. We finished dressing and proceed to wash her hair.

1:20PM - We transferred to the front room. Lunch - chicken and rice with veggie soup, mashed avocado and 10oz sparkling water. Maureen coughed 4x.

2:00PM - Oral care.

**Maureen closed her eyes for a 15-20min nap.

2:40PM - We transferred Maureen for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.

3:40PM - 2nd rest break is over. Diaper was clean and dry. We dressed Maureen and moved to the front room.

3:50PM - She took 9oz water with electrolytes. Fruit snack (apple, melon).

**Total liquid intake - 37 oz
