Tuesday, December 2, 2025 Daytime update

• 9:00am Maureen is already awake with Marianne by her bedside administering 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce. She tells me, Maureen’s been up since eight this morning when she had sips of water via swab.

• 9:02am Blood pressure: 100/60.

  Pulse: 70

  O2: 96

• 9:06 Saline Neb treatment.

• 9:18am Marianne and I started our day giving Maureen an upper body bath using warm purple wipes, no redness observed. Clean/change a medium wet diaper, applied skin protective film to sacrum, Cavilon barrier cream to inner thighs area. Dressed and headed to the living room.

• 9:38am Administered 10mg loratadine with apple sauce.

• 9:40am Breakfast: 9oz lemon water, pouched egg with fresh pear, and 8oz of prune juice. Maureen coughed three times during meal, suction pump used once.

• 10:25am Oral care.

• 11:00am Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s first resting break. Diaper is dry, positioned on her right side.

• 12:00m First break ends. Clean/change a medium wet diaper, dressed and headed to the living room.

• 12:15pm Lunch: Sweetpeas soup (blended), tuna salad with tomato, and 10oz of coconut water. Maureen coughed four times and sneezed once during meal.

• 1:00pm Oral care.

• 1:40pm Deanna arrives to trim and color Maureen’s hair.

• 2:25pm Maureen had 7oz of electrolyte water.

• 2:45pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting break. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper with an

  X-large formed BM, positioned on her right side.

• 3:30pm Second break ends. Clean/change a medium wet diaper, dressed and headed to the living room.

• 3:45pm Maureen is enjoying her fruit snack (melon/apple) with 10oz of lemon water.

• Total liquids ingested: 44oz.
